The PSG Tech Platinum Jubilee USA Organizing Committee is thrilled to unveil our logo for the celebration on April 11, 2026.

Whether it’s been 5, 10, or 25 years, the moment we step through the main gates of PSG Tech and gaze upon the PSG Industrial Institute, it feels like coming back home. For many of us, this was the very first sight that welcomed us to Tech, and the one we saw almost every day thereafter. Our logo was designed to capture that familiar, heartfelt feeling of being home.

Over the past 75 years, the prestige of the PSG Tech name has given graduates a head start in life. In turn, our alumni—through their accomplishments—have continued to elevate the brand. This enduring cycle is reflected in the logo’s single, continuous line forming the “75.”

The red, white, and blue motif is a nod to the Stars and Stripes—a tribute to the land we now call home.

The logo was designed by Johnny Mei of Many Fridays Design under the direction of Vidya Devaraj (’96 BE EEE), Vijay Illavarasan (’99 BE Mech SW), Harini Jagadeesan (’07 BE ECE), Jai Karuppuswamy (’97 BE Prod), Gowthaman Ranganathan (’95 BE Prod), and Albert Thomas (’91 BE Prod).
